Vinca minor 'Verino' (Pot Size 2L) Purple Periwinkle sold by Boma Garden Centre

Vinca minor ‘Verino’ is a mat-forming evergreen ground cover with glossy dark green foliage and purple flowers from mid-spring through summer. This hardy perennial grows to just 15-20cm tall but spreads vigorously to 50cm or more, making it ideal for banks, slopes and underplanting larger shrubs.Plant in full sun to partial shade in average to well-drained soil. Once established, it is drought tolerant and requires minimal maintenance beyond occasional pruning in early spring to keep it in bounds. The trailing stems naturally root where they touch soil, creating dense coverage that suppresses weeds. Deer and rabbit resistant.
