Lavandula angustifolia 'Hidcote' (Pot Size 2L) English Lavender (alt) sold by Boma Garden Centre

Lavandula angustifolia ‘Hidcote’ is the benchmark English lavender and the most widely planted in British gardens. Its flower spikes are a deeper, richer violet-purple than most, held on short stems above compact silver-grey foliage, and the scent is strong and clean.Neat and dense at around 60cm, it is the first choice for a low hedge along a path or around a rose bed, for edging a terrace, or for a well-filled pot in full sun. It holds the RHS Award of Garden Merit for its reliability and garden performance. The flowers are excellent for cutting and drying and are visited constantly by bees and butterflies through the summer.
