Geum ‘Mrs. J. Bradshaw’ is a clump-forming herbaceous perennial with striking red double flowers. This variety of Geum comes into its own in late spring with slender stems of bright brick-red flowers. A fantastic ground cover that can act as a living mulch to keep down weeds in your garden borders at home. Geums are a great cottage garden-style plant ideal for planting in drifts along the front of a mixed planted border. Also, they look stunning when used to spill over the edge of a path. Geums will also thrive growing in a mixed-planted container arrangement and are happy to live in a part shade or full sun aspect in well-drained moisture retentive soil.
