Azalea 'Santa Maria' (Pot Size 3L) sold by Boma Garden Centre

Azalea ‘Santa Maria’ is an attractive, compact evergreen azalea with a striking display of large, glowing orange-red flowers that bloom from mid-May to June. This showy shrub is perfect for small gardens, containers, or as a feature in borders. Its upright growth habit, coupled with its dark green glossy leaves, makes it a year-round favourite for adding colour and texture to a garden. With its manageable size of up to 90 cm in height and spread, it’s ideal for smaller spaces or as part of a mixed border. This azalea thrives in partial shade and prefers acidic, well-drained soils, making it a perfect companion for other ericaceous plants such as rhododendrons and camellias.
