Angelonia angustifolia (Pot Size 13cm) Summer Snapdragon sold by Boma Garden Centre

Angelonia, also known as summer snapdragon, is a vigorous tender annual with delicate spikes of colourful flowers that resemble miniature snapdragons. Available in shades of purple, pink, lavender, white and bicolor varieties, angelonia flowers bloom continuously from late spring through the first frosts. This heat-loving plant thrives in full sun and performs beautifully in hot, humid conditions where true snapdragons fade. It grows to 45-60cm tall with an upright, bushy habit, making it perfect for borders, containers and summer bedding displays.Angelonia is drought tolerant once established and requires minimal fuss. Deadheading is optional as flowers self-clean, and it needs only occasional feeding during the growing season. Plant out after the last frost in rich, well-draining soil with a slightly acidic pH.
