Achillea millefolium 'Sassy Summer Sunset' (Pot Size 3L) Sassy Summer Sunset Yarrow sold by Boma Garden Centre

Sassy Summer Sunset is a striking perennial yarrow with large, flat flower clusters that begin a warm dark orange and gradually mature to soft yellow as the season progresses. Flowers bloom prolifically from early summer through late summer, creating an extended season of colour. The finely textured, fern-like grey-green foliage provides an elegant backdrop to the blooms and carpets the ground attractively.Plant in full sun in well-drained soil of any type – clay, chalk, sand or loam all suit it equally. This is an easy-care, drought-tolerant perennial requiring minimal maintenance once established. Deadhead spent flowers regularly to extend the blooming period. The upright habit and sturdy flower stems make it excellent for cutting gardens. It also provides seed-head interest in late season. Attracts bees and butterflies; naturally deer and rabbit resistant.
