Acer palmatum 'Festival' (Pot Size 3L) Japanese Maple sold by Boma Garden Centre

Acer palmatum ‘Festival’ is an elegant deciduous Japanese Maple valued for its refined branching, soft layered foliage and outstanding seasonal colour. Fresh spring growth emerges in vibrant tones with subtle bronze and coral highlights before maturing into rich green through summer. As autumn arrives, the foliage develops glowing shades of orange, crimson and scarlet red, bringing dramatic colour and structure to the garden.  Its naturally graceful habit makes it an excellent focal point for courtyards, terraces and sheltered borders, particularly within Japanese-inspired or woodland planting schemes. The finely textured foliage contrasts beautifully with ferns, Hakonechloa grasses, Heuchera and evergreen shrubs, helping create calm, layered planting combinations with year-round interest. Ideal for premium containers or smaller London gardens, Acer ‘Festival’ delivers sophisticated architectural presence without overwhelming the space.
