These coir pots are ideal for potting on seedlings and can be planted straight into a container or in the garden soil after which the container will decompose. The benefit of this is the young plant’s roots will be protected from root disturbance. Alternatively, these coir pots are ideal for striking cuttings. For perfect results, the Boma would suggest using a 50% compost and 50% perlite mix to aid drainage and stop your cutting from rotting and not rooting.
