The ZZ plant is a very well known houseplant, not only for its attractive, exotic-looking foliage but for being borderline indestructible! ‘Super Nova’ is a gorgeous variety with its rich, dark foliage and fresh green new growth- it is a beautiful cultivar. Zamioculcas can pretty much be ignored in the house. They will thrive with occasional watering and not being placed next to an open heat source (radiator, fireplace, etc.). In the summer months, it’s good to feed with a houseplant feed to provide nutrients as they can last in the same pot for years. The ZZ plant is a fantastic houseplant to brighten up a dark corner in any setting, be it a hallway, bedroom, office or conservatory and requires very little TLC.
