Carex oshimensis 'Feather Falls' (Pot Size 17cm) Feather Falls Sedge sold by Boma Garden Centre

This elegant evergreen sedge features graceful cascading mounds of arching foliage with deep green centers and creamy white margins. Carex oshimensis ‘Feather Falls’ produces buff-colored feathery plumes in late spring followed by small green fruitlets. Unlike standard Carex oshimensis, this improved cultivar tolerates more sunlight and heat whilst remaining hardy and low-maintenance, requiring no pruning and remaining free from pests and diseases.Plant in partial shade or full sun in moist but well-drained soil enriched with organic matter. Once established, it needs minimal care. The cascading habit is perfect for softening borders, adding movement to planting schemes, spilling from containers, and creating natural meadow plantings. Deer-resistant.
